Completed Projects
Denizli Sümerpark Multi-Component Real Estate Development Project
The Sümerpark Project is the first and most comprehensive development in Denizli, a rapidly growing and developing city, that combines residential, shopping mall, commercial, tourism, and healthcare centers under one roof. As one of the largest urban transformation projects in the Aegean region, Sümerpark is strategically located on the İzmir-Antalya highway, at the heart of the city's leading shopping and business centers.
The Sümerpark Project, Denizli's new living center, is spread over a net land area of 98,500 m² and will reach a total gross construction area of 228,000 m² when completed. It includes Sümerpark Residences, Sümerpark Shopping Center, Skycity Business Center, a hotel, and a hospital.
The land for the Sümerpark Project was once the site of the Denizli Sümerbank Textile Factory, which was privatized by the Turkish Prime Ministry’s Privatization Administration about ten years ago and purchased by Zafer Pamuk and Tekstil. In 2006, the land was sold to Pera Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş.
The construction permit for the Sümerpark Shopping Center was obtained on September 10, 2007, and construction began in February 2008. The shopping center was officially opened on March 10, 2011.
The first phase of "Sümerpark Residences," which will be completed in three stages, has already been finished and the units have been delivered to their owners.
The first block of the two-block "Skycity Business Center" was completed and opened in 2018, while construction of the second block is ongoing.

It covers 47,709 m² of land with a gross construction area of 110,000 m² and offers 34,500 m² of leasable space.
Sümerpark Shopping Center houses four major retail stores under one roof: Tesco Kipa (11,750 m²), Tekzen (4,600 m²), Electroworld (2,300 m²), and C&A (2,000 m²), along with numerous stores in apparel, footwear, cosmetics, toys, and food sectors. With its architecture combining open and closed shopping areas, Sümerpark Shopping Center has transformed the concept of shopping in Denizli. Its horizontal layout, spacious corridors, pools, green spaces, and low-rise structure create the ambiance of shopping outdoors, within a shopping mall.
The location of Sümerpark Shopping Center, with its combination of hypermarkets, DIY stores, tech stores, and food courts, makes it a focal point not only for Denizli but also for surrounding cities and the Aegean region.
Sümerpark Shopping Center is situated at Sümer Junction on the İzmir-Antalya highway, which connects to all parts of Denizli and serves a broad audience due to its proximity to intercity transportation routes. With its relaxing atmosphere and landscape design, it offers a unique shopping experience in Denizli.
