Maya Turizm LTD., based in the K.K.T.C. , is a project company exclusively established to develop the Aqua Dolce Tourism and Entertainment Center Project. Pera Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. has acquired a 50% stake in the company.
The Aqua Dolce Tourism and Entertainment Center Project will be developed on approximately 300 dönüms (300,000 m²) of coastal land in the Tatlısu region of the Gazimağusa district in Northern Cyprus. The project site is located 30 km east of the city of Kyrenia, featuring a coastline of approximately 1.5 km.
The land is situated within the boundaries of the "Tatlısu – Büyükkonuk Directive" prepared by the K.K.T.C. Ministry of Interior and the Urban Planning Department. Published in the K.K.T.C. Official Gazette No. 157 on 25 October 2004, the directive designates the area as a "yellow zone," allowing for the development of tourism complexes, residential areas, day-use facilities, and commercial real estate investments.
The Aqua Dolce Tourism and Entertainment Center is being designed to include a resort hotel, spa, multi-purpose conference hall, casino, sports facilities, apartments, and independent residences. This project will bring a new level of luxury to the vacation experience, featuring a 5-star hotel with 300 rooms, offering a variety of high-quality options for business, leisure, and entertainment. A key highlight of Aqua Dolce is its casino, which will offer a wide range of gaming options.
